What is Property Management?

Heaven Estate Agents’ Property Management service is designed to provide the support that many buy-to-let landlords need to ensure their rental properties are being looked after, actively managed and any problems are dealt with efficiently and professionally. From sourcing tenants to dealing with a maintenance issue and collecting rent payments, we will step in on your behalf and deal with these matters, only consulting with you if there is a more specific concern that warrants your attention.

For all Landlords who chose to Let their property with Heaven Estate Agents, we will market your property to prospective tenants looking for a new home. This includes professional photographs, listing your property on the Heaven Estate Agents’ website as well as market-leading property portals Zoopla and On The Market. We are also active across social media, including Facebook and our recently launched Instagram channel where we will share details of your To-Let property to our audience of engaged followers. As well as using digital channels, we will also reach out to our active prospective tenant database where we’ve been known to let many of our rental properties before the property has been marketed!

We will manage all viewings, (these can be done face-to-face or virtually) and handle the process of securing a new tenant on your behalf.

  • Gas Safety Certificate £102 (£85 plus £17 VAT)
  • EICR £150 (£125 plus £25 VAT)
  • Let only 5% (VAT Exclusive)
  • Rent Collection 6% (VAT Exclusive)
  • Fully Managed 7% (VAT Exclusive)
  • Tenancy renewal £180 (£150 plus £30 VAT)
  • Inventory – Dependant on size of property
  • Landlord keeping tenants provided by Heaven Estate Agent after ending management agreement 5%(VAT Exclusive) of one years rental.
